3. Why we process data
We use data to operate the Service and workout features; register and administer accounts; manage FREE, subscription or corporate access; record progress and rewards; authenticate users; process and reconcile payment status; provide support; detect abuse, secure accounts, and prevent fraud; diagnose faults; understand aggregate usage and improve the Service where applicable; communicate important service information; establish or defend legal claims; and meet tax, accounting, consumer, and other legal/compliance obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Subject to applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or rely on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Payments and WayForPay
When payment integration is active, payment information may be collected and processed by WayForPay under its own terms and privacy practices. FitOnBoard does not claim to store complete bank-card details. We may receive and retain the transaction/order reference, amount, currency, time, status, and limited payer/account information needed to grant access, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep required business records.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share only necessary data with providers that host, maintain, secure, or support the website and Service; with WayForPay for payment processing when active; with a customer’s shipping company where needed to administer that company’s corporate access; with professional advisers; or with authorities and other recipients where law, protection of rights, or a valid legal process requires it. Providers may process data only for relevant services and under applicable safeguards. We do not invent or list providers that are not used, and we do not sell personal data.
7. Cookies and local storage
FitOnBoard may use cookies and browser local storage for login sessions, security, preferences, workout state, progress, and other functions. Browser controls can remove or block them, but essential account or workout functions may then fail. If non-essential analytics or similar technologies are introduced, they will be handled and disclosed as required by applicable law.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Account and fitness data may be kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward; support and security records for as long as needed to resolve issues and protect the Service; and transaction and business records for legally required accounting, tax, dispute, and compliance periods. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to backups and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the Service and the data involved. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep credentials confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. International users
FitOnBoard is operated from Ukraine and may use infrastructure or providers in other countries. Data may therefore be processed outside your country. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction remain available.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; request portability where available; withdraw consent; or complain to a competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required by law or legitimate claims. Contact us to exercise a right.
12. Children’s privacy
FitOnBoard is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek their personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided data without valid authorization should contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
13. Changes
